AFTER MINING: from this point onwards, referred to as the academy.

The Member(s): shall refer to any individual, whether legal or not, who has acquired the services or products of the academy.

Terms and Conditions

These terms constitute the contract between AFTER MINING and the members of the community, and are considered accepted by the member once payment for a service or product has been made.

A contract only exists when AFTER MINING accepts your order. We reserve the right to reject your order or withdraw services/goods at any time without prior notice.

All prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

The academy accepts the member's information in good faith and is not responsible in any way for the accuracy of said information.

You will need an account for most activities carried out on our platform. Keep your password secure, as you will be responsible for all activities associated with your account. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, please notify us by contacting our support team.

When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.

We would appreciate it if every person interested in becoming a member of AFTER MINING had a unique account, but you have the right to create multiple accounts. If you discover that someone else may be using your account without your permission, or if you suspect any other security breach, you must contact the Support Team immediately and inform us. We may ask for certain information to confirm that you are the actual owner of the account.

Payments Any member who registers and pays for the plan will have the right to receive the corresponding access once we verify that the payment has been received correctly. When you make a payment, you agree to send the exact amount in US digital dollars (BUSD/USDT) of the chosen fee.

If there is an error with your payment method, AFTER MINING has 72 hours from the receipt of our notification to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to disable access to any plan for which we have not received the corresponding payments.

Bonus Payment (Direct bonus, residual bonus, or gift bonus) Every customer who registers and pays for the membership will have the right to receive community bonuses, provided they meet the following conditions:

They have completed the payment for the plan.
They have not requested a refund or filed a claim within the next 24 hours after making the payment.
Their referral has not requested a refund or filed a claim within the next 24 hours after making the payment.
They must provide us with their BUSD/USDT wallet address to be eligible to receive these bonuses.
AFTER MINING will have 48 hours after verifying the address and withdrawal with the user to make payments to all users of the service, regardless of the registration date. We reserve the right to change these deadlines without prior notice or to cancel them if necessary.
The total amount of the corresponding payment in BUSD/USDT will be determined on the payment day according to the current membership rate.
In the event of force majeure preventing a community member from making the payment for their plan on time, it will be subject to review within a continuous period of 30 days, and the activation of service privileges will be at the complete discretion of AFTER MINING.
The user must ensure and double-check their BUSD/USDT wallet address, where they will receive the bonuses. If the user has entered their BUSD/USDT wallet address incorrectly, AFTER MINING will not be responsible and cannot repeat the payment once it has been made.

Referral Program

Every AFTER MINING member will have optional access to a bonus program through community invitation, which will be available in their account. They will receive a bonus paid in BUSD/USDT for recommending the services of the community, currently including a team bonus, "Direct Bonus 5%, Binary from 8% to 12%". Additionally, we have objective-based bonuses, each with a specific participation policy, which will not be recurring or the same every month.
To receive this payment, the member must provide us with their BUSD/USDT wallet address. The member must ensure and double-check their BUSD/USDT wallet address, where they will receive the bonuses. If the user has entered their BUSD/USDT wallet address incorrectly, AFTER MINING will not be responsible and cannot repeat the payment once it has been made.
The member can opt for this payment as long as their plan is active.
This bonus plan has no limit on the number of referrals.
The total amount of the corresponding payment in BUSD/USDT will be determined on the payment day by AFTER MINING.

The member runs the risk of losing all bonuses earned through their referral if they fail to comply with any of AFTER MINING's policies.
AFTER MINING reserves the right to change the terms of this program without prior notice.

Rights of AFTER MINING Any comments or suggestions you provide regarding AFTER MINING or the Services are entirely voluntary, and we will have full freedom to use such comments and suggestions in any way we see fit, without incurring any obligation to you. You may not perform any of the following actions when accessing or using the AFTER MINING platform and Services: Accessing non-public areas of the platform, AFTER MINING's computer systems, or the technical distribution systems of AFTER MINING's service providers, nor manipulating or using them. Disabling, interfering with, or attempting to bypass any security-related features of the platforms, as well as exploring, scanning, and testing the vulnerability of our systems. Additionally, copying, modifying, creating derivative works, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting in any other way to discover any source code or content of the AFTER MINING platform or Services. Accessing or searching, or attempting to access or search (automatically or otherwise), our platform in any manner other than through our available search functionalities, currently provided through our website and mobile applications or APIs (and only in accordance with the terms of such APIs). You may not use data extraction methods, spiders, robots, or any other automated means to access the Services. Using the Services in any way to send information with manipulated, deceptive, or false origin identification (such as sending email communications falsely pretending to be from AFTER MINING); or interfering with or disrupting (or attempting to interfere with or disrupt) the access of any user, host, or network, including, among others, sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services, or interfering or creating an unnecessary burden in any other way on the Services. Finally, AFTER MINING reserves the right to immediately and irrevocably expel any user who violates these Terms and Conditions. Obviously, no cost associated with our Services will be reimbursed, either in whole or in part. Complaint Procedure The community's code of practice for handling complaints is explained to ensure that the member understands what happens when a complaint is submitted and how it should be done. AFTER MINING takes customer complaints very seriously and aims to resolve them promptly. To submit a complaint, all the member needs to do is follow the established procedure that details why the service provided by AFTER MINING was unsatisfactory. Submit the complaint to support with one or more of the following topics: • Lack of response from AFTER MINING. • Incorrect information about the purchased product or service. • Problems accessing the services. • Payment method issues. • Issues with the referral system. • Problems with any commissions.

The complaint email should include: • The date the service or product was purchased. • Your referral number must be included. • The complaint should be described in as much detail as possible. AFTER MINING will respond to the complaint within a maximum of 3 business days. A member of the community research team will review the complaint in detail. If necessary, AFTER MINING may involve third-party service providers to assist in resolving the respective complaint. If this is the case, the member consents to AFTER MINING sharing only the relevant details with the respective third party.

AFTER MINING aims to resolve all complaints within 3 days from the date of receipt. AFTER MINING will provide a formal response to the complaint within a maximum of 3 business days via email. If the member is not satisfied with the response, upon the member's request, it can be escalated to a team manager. Aggressive and disrespectful behavior The community does not find any form of general abuse acceptable, including rude or aggressive/threatening behavior such as insults or shouting. This also extends to discriminatory behaviors related to age, gender, race, culture, and/or sexual orientation. Members have been informed that any of the aforementioned behaviors, of an exact or similar nature, will not be tolerated or accepted. If any such behavior occurs, it will result in immediate termination of service without refund. Service interruptions/delays The community does not accept responsibility, and will not be held responsible, for service interruptions resulting from technical issues, such as internet, email, or other support services outage, or client's internet, email, or other support service connection. Termination AFTER MINING may terminate or suspend services if the member fails to cooperate or communicate without reason, without prejudice to agreed-upon fees. If a member does not respond to inquiries made by the community member within a period of 30 business days, AFTER MINING has the right to terminate the service due to lack of response without refunds. This clause applies to any form of contact. Member Relations AFTER MINING maintains communication solely with the person participating in the service. The member may not be the person who paid for the service but is the only person considered the "Client," "User," or "Official Member." Complaints, refunds, amendments, communications can only be handled with the member participating in the service. Due to data protection, AFTER MINING will not discuss the member's purchased services with any third party, even if they claim to be family and/or friends. Trademarks All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of AFTER MINING used on the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of the community. Unauthorized use may result in legal consequences. Binding Agreement By registering and accessing our Services and using them, you agree that you are entering into a legally binding contract with AFTER MINING. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register, access, or otherwise use our services. Any version of these Terms of Use in a language other than Spanish is provided for your convenience. Therefore, you confirm and agree that the Spanish version will prevail if there are discrepancies. These Terms (including all agreements and policies linked to these Terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, then that provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that best reflects the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the terms will remain in effect. Even if we exercise our rights with delay or choose not to exercise them, it does not mean that we waive our rights, including in the future. If we choose to waive some of our rights in a particular case, this does not mean that we waive all of our rights in general or in the future.

Disclaimer At some point, our platform may not be available, either due to planned maintenance tasks or due to some issue with the site. We may also detect security problems. These are just a few examples. You agree that you will not take any legal action against us in the event of such problems and things not going well.

Stated in legal language and in a more detailed manner, the Services and their content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors, or accuracy of the Services or their content. We may decide, at any time and for any reason, to discontinue certain features of the Services. Under no circumstances will AFTER MINING or its affiliates, suppliers, partners, or agents be held responsible for any damages resulting from such interruptions or the unavailability of such features.

We assume no responsibility for any delay or failure in the performance of any of our Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of war, hostility or sabotage, natural disasters, disruptions in power supply and Internet or telecommunications, or government restrictions.

Under no circumstances are the plans shared on AFTER MINING to be considered or interpreted as investment recommendations. Therefore, AFTER MINING will never and under no circumstances be held liable for any loss you may incur by applying any content or service from AFTER MINING, whether indirectly or directly (e.g., accessing an educational plan or making any purchase directly or indirectly with AFTER MINING). You are solely responsible for your money and the risk management or purchases you make.

Updating these Terms From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or reflect new or different practices (e.g., when we add new features), and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make a material change, we will notify you through one of the primary means, such as sending you a notice via email to the address specified in your account or by posting the notice through our Services. Unless stated otherwise, the modifications will take effect on the day they are published.

If you continue to use the Services after the changes take effect, you confirm that you accept those changes. The revised Terms will replace all previously stated Terms.
